Friends of Mendelssohn on Mull FestivalThe Friends of Mendelssohn on Mull Festival provide vital financial support for the work of the Festival."I am extremely grateful to all our Friends and suporters, and to Jan Richardson, the Friends' Secretary, and I want to take this opportunity to thank you on behalf of all Trustees", says Marilyn Jeffcoat, Chairman of the Trustees. FundingWe wish to thank all supporters and volunteers for their vital work which enables the Festival to go from strength to strength, providing a wonderful musical opportunity for our musicians and the children who participate in the Mull String Summer School. The Festival costs in excess of £40,000 each year to run, for which we host up to 30 musicians, promote over a dozen concerts throughout the Isle of Mull and Iona as well as in Oban and on occasions further afield. Each year we seek the support of individuals, Friends, Trusts, and corporate sponsors to support the Festival, professional fees, travel and accommodation bursaries, and the concerts themselves. If you would like to receive more information on how you could support the Mendelssohn on Mull Festival, please email:The Mendelssohn on MullAdministrator or click here for theContact Details. Alternatively, if you wish to contact Jan Richardson, the Secretary of the Friends of the Festival, direct please click here. Last modified on Monday, May 31, 2010
